FAQ

Q: What is your MOQ?

A: Our MOQ is usually 5 CTNS.

Q: What is the max PSI for PVC?

A: For plumbing or household water supply, PVC pipes are typically rated to handle a maximum pressure of around 100 to 150 pounds per square inch (psi). It's crucial to adhere to local building codes and manufacturer specifications to ensure safe and proper installation.

Q: How should I contact you?

A: You can contact us with Trade Manager or send us an email by click Contact Supplier bottom.

Q: How does a flange get broken?

A: The constant rocking will likely break the wax seal (located between the toilet and the flange), allowing water to leak onto the substrate and the ceiling below when the toilet is flushed.

Q: What is the shipping port?

A: We ship the goods via Ningbo or Shanghai port.

Q: What goes in between flanges?

A: A malleable gasket that could be hard or soft is inserted between the flanges to prevent leaks. Pressure is applied to the gasket by bolting or using a clamp to compress the gasket firmly at a place. The gaskets are made with different materials and can be selected per the process's temperature and characteristics.

Q: Is Schedule 40 PVC pressure rated?

A: Like SDR pres- sure pipe (see page A-24) Schedule 40 has a built-in long term pressure safety factor of 2 to 1. However, unlike SDR pressure pipe which has a specific pressure rating in all sizes, Schedule 40's maximum pressure rating (figured at 72.4°F) varies with each size (see Pipe Selection Chart on A-36).

Q: What is the location of your company?

A: Our company is located in the Zhejiang Jiangshan No. 99-11, Jiangjialong Natural Village, Pengli Village, Hushan Street Provice. If you would like to have a visit, you are much welcome.

A: 150 psi
Pressure Rating

Q: What is your delievery time?

A: The time of delievery is around 30-45days.

Q: What is the pressure rating for a 150 lb flange?

A: Class 150. If the temperature for Class 1 150# flange is < 100 degrees Fahrenheit, the maximum pressure for flanges is 285 psi. If the temperature for Class 1 150# flange is 200 degrees Fahrenheit, the maximum pressure for flanges is 260 psi.
